Jeffrey “Jeff” Rosenberg

Jeff is an industry veteran. He received his “IT baptism” in one of the largest financial institutions in the world. There he learned to juggle back office support, trading floor support, server security, email security and user access permissions at the same time.
Jeff claims that “if you haven’t supported a trading floor on a nasty bear day – you haven’t manned a technology helpdesk.”
